A Virtual Assistant (VA) is just like "a magical admin fairy" (one of my favourite descriptions from a previous client) who helps take care of all those niggly admin bits that are needlessly sucking up your time and helps you get back to the important bits that you love in your business!

As our business name suggests, we can help with virtually anything! And if it's something we don't specialise in we can help point you to someone who can!  But over the years we've helped with all sorts from content creation, social media management, email marketing, research, calendar and email inbox management as well as one-off projects like Podcast Launches and Presentation creation. Our goal is to help small business owners and solopreneurs reclaim their time and focus on growing their business. 

Hiring a VA can free up your time for high-impact tasks, reduce your workload, and help you stay organised. With our support, you can focus on growing your business and spending more time on what matters most.

We typically work Monday-Friday during standard business hours. Although out of these hours can be discussed upon request.

For urgent tasks, we can be flexible and can discuss arrangements that ensure your deadlines are met. 

We believe every client is unique and because of that we can create a bespoke package especially for your needs. We offer both hourly rates, retainers and packages. Hourly rates are great for one off projects or as-needed support. While retainer packages provide a set amount of hours each month, at a discounted rate, which is perfect for ongoing support. 

We offer flexible options based on your needs. For our retainer packages, we typically suggest a three-month minimum commitment to ensure continuity and effectivenes, but we can also discuss what works best for you. 

We take data security very seriously. I use secure platforms for communication and file sharing. Your information is always treated with the utmost confidentiality and respect.
